Our Company History
Black Rock Excavating Corporation was founded by Doug Casscles, Jr. Doug is a life-long Hudson Valley native and a graduate of Goshen High School.
He launched his own company, BlackRock Excavating Corporation after working in the excavation and sewage industry for over 15 years. Doug’s family has a long history of working in excavating as his father, Doug Sr., is a 40-year veteran of the industry. Doug Jr. was recently named a 2016 Orange County Rising Star.
